After looking at some Tiger & Bunny cosplayers on DA and then being pointed to a costume/prop replica forum, I have gotten it into my head to make a Bunny costume. Not just any one, though. No, Barnaby's civilian outfit was not good enough for me. I got it into my head to do his POWERSUIT!

At first I was thinking about using sheet styrene and forming it to shape via a heat gun which might have worked but then I got to looking at a picture of a Tiger helmet someone did. It was paper craft, something that didn't dawn on me, and resulted in the site my friend steered me towards
